Founded in 1972 by Al Hubbard, North State Fastener, Inc. is a family owned and operated corporation. His son, Gordon Hubbard, was the third generation to enter the fastener industry and with the help of his wife, Alison, took over as CEO in 1984. Gordon passed away in 2014 and the company is now headed by Alison, and their son, David.
North State Fastener, Inc. started out supplying fasteners to the O.E.M. market in the Silicon Valley in Northern California but has since expanded operations to include exportation of fasteners and electronic hardware around the United States and the rest of the world.
